Honor to showcase MagicOS 11 in Beijing on Aug 6

Honor announced that it will hold a MagicOS 11 pioneer showcase on 6 August in Beijing. The event will highlight the new “flowing light” visual direction and the system’s “liquid glass” interface, which re‑designs the lock screen, desktop, notifications and other components with dynamic light, material and feedback effects.

MagicOS 11 will be the first Android version to run on Android 17 and will introduce features such as a flowing‑light music lock screen, transparent desktop, call‑mapping visuals and dynamic “capsule” widgets. The company also opened a recruitment drive for early‑access testing on the Honor Magic V6, with internal testing slated to begin in mid‑August following the showcase.
