HONOR unveils AI device ecosystem strategy and Robot Phone

HONOR has unveiled its new brand strategy, ‘Dare to Be’, marking a transition from a smartphone-focused manufacturer to a global AI device ecosystem company. During the LEAP 2026 conference in Riyadh, the company presented its ‘ALPHA PLAN: From Vision to Reality’, which aims to create an interconnected ecosystem of smart devices, robotics, and software.

A central component of this vision is the Agentic OS, designed to understand user needs and execute complex tasks proactively across various devices. The company also showcased the world’s first ‘Robot Phone’, which integrates embodied AI with a robotic camera system capable of movement and environmental interaction.

In the field of imaging, HONOR is developing AiMAGE technology, a computational system that combines device and cloud capabilities. To enhance cinematic mobile photography, HONOR has partnered with professional imaging company ARRI to integrate advanced image processing expertise into its hardware.
