Hoosiers Corporation develops eco-friendly residential projects in Tokyo

Hoosiers Corporation is advancing its ESG-focused real estate developments in Tokyo with two new residential projects.

In Shinjuku, the company’s planned rental apartment development, ‘Shinjuku-ku Yotsuya Saneicho Project,’ has received the DBJ Green Building Certification (Plan Certification). This certification, established by the Development Bank of Japan, recognizes buildings that demonstrate exceptional consideration for the environment and society. The 14-story reinforced concrete building is scheduled for completion in December 2027.

In Taito, the company has opened tenant recruitment for ‘Duo Flats Taito Minowa,’ a 10-story rental residence located near Minowa Station. The property has obtained the ‘ZEH-M Oriented’ certification, indicating it is designed to reduce primary energy consumption by at least 20% through improved insulation and high-efficiency equipment. The building is expected to be completed by late September 2026.
