Horizon City project secures €36.5 million in Bucharest

The Horizon City residential project in northern Bucharest has secured €36.5 million in financing from Libra Internet Bank. Developed by British investor Ghai Sant Ram, the project aims to use these funds to accelerate construction activities.

The new capital injection allows the development to proceed independently of the pace of buyer deposits from preliminary contracts. As a result, the project's completion date has been moved forward to the first half of 2027, six months earlier than the original schedule.

Located on Pipera Boulevard, the development spans 2.3 hectares and will consist of 699 residential units across two phases. The total investment for the project exceeds €130 million. Current works include structural elements, partitions, and installations, with preparations for finishing stages underway.
