Horizon Industrial Parks and Lalithaa Jewellery Mart launch IPOs
Two mainboard initial public offerings (IPOs) have opened for bidding in the Indian primary market on August 17, 2026: Horizon Industrial Parks and Lalithaa Jewellery Mart.
Horizon Industrial Parks, a company supported by the Blackstone Group, aims to raise Rs 2,600 crore through a fresh issue of shares. The bidding window is scheduled to remain open until August 19. The company plans to use Rs 2,250 crore of the proceeds for debt repayment. The price band is set between Rs 57 and Rs 60 per share, with allotment expected on August 20 and listing on August 24. Anchor investors, including Morgan Stanley and Societe Generale, have already contributed approximately Rs 1,167.8 crore.
Lalithaa Jewellery Mart is seeking to mobilise Rs 1,700 crore through a combination of a fresh issue of 5.97 crore shares (Rs 1,200 crore) and an offer for sale (OFS) of 2.49 crore shares (Rs 500 crore). The price band for this issue is set at Rs 190-201 per share. Both IPOs are currently showing positive Grey Market Premiums (GMP).
