Horoz Lojistik expands international operations into Europe

Horoz Lojistik is expanding its international operations, specifically targeting growth in European markets such as Italy and Spain. The company aims to transform into a global logistics player within the next five years by managing its own operations across various geographies.

According to Gürkan Gürbüz, Vice President of International Operations, the company achieved over 100 percent growth in e-export turnover during the first half of 2026. To mitigate risks from geopolitical tensions and trade wars, the company is strengthening its warehouse and distribution networks in Europe and diversifying transport modes, including combined land and sea models to navigate changes in Suez Canal usage.
