Hoseo University leads recruitment for ‘Everyone’s Startup’ program

Hoseo University has emerged as the leading recruitment institution for the first and second rounds of the ‘Everyone’s Startup’ project, an initiative led by the Ministry of SMEs and Startups and the Korea Institute of Startup & Entrepreneurship Development. The university received a total of 2,200 startup ideas, with 1,200 applications in the first round and approximately 1,000 in the second.

The program is designed to allow individuals with business ideas, regardless of prior experience, to participate in a structured startup project. Hoseo University supported applicants through its ‘Everyone’s Startup Pre-League’ competition and mentoring sessions to refine business plans. As a designated startup-centered university, Hoseo has supported 139 companies in the Chungnam region since 2022, contributing to significant revenue and employment growth.

In a related development, the second round of the ‘Everyone’s Startup’ program, which includes accelerator CNT Tech as a mentor institution, is nearing its application deadline. The program offers 2 million KRW in startup activity funds to first-round selected participants and provides ‘challenge experience certificates’ to all applicants. CNT Tech will provide diagnosis and business model enhancement for those who select them as a mentor institution.
