Hospital da Vida in Dourados to resume emergency services after renovation

The emergency area (Área Vermelha) of Hospital da Vida in Dourados is scheduled to resume services this Friday following a 90-day renovation. The project was initiated to address structural issues caused by infiltrations.

The renovated sector includes ten beds dedicated to patients in critical condition. The hospital serves Dourados and 33 surrounding municipalities, supporting a population of approximately one million people. During the renovation, intensive care patients were relocated to other hospital wings to ensure continuous assistance.
