Hospital de Amor receives over R$3.5 million from regional charity auctions

Charitable “Leilão Direito de Viver” auctions raised substantial funds for Brazil's Hospital de Amor, a national reference for free, humane cancer treatment. On July 26, the 6th auction was held in Cruzeiro do Sul, Acre, where cattle, livestock, jewelry, appliances and autographed guitars were sold to support the hospital’s units in Rio Branco and Porto Velho.

A week earlier, the 23rd edition of the auction took place in Alta Floresta, Mato Grosso, using a hybrid format that combined on‑site bidding at the Rotary Club with live streaming on AgroCanal and ArrobaPlay. The event generated R$ 3,559,173, which will be fully allocated to Hospital de Amor’s free oncology services and also to the local APAE association for people with disabilities.
