Hospital in Salta suffers theft of patient food

Thieves broke into the General Enrique Mosconi Hospital in Salta during the early hours of Saturday, stealing food intended for hospitalized patients. The perpetrators bypassed security fences to enter the facility.

Hospital manager Dr. Fernán López confirmed the theft, noting that the incident required hospital staff to use their own funds to urgently replace the stolen food to ensure patient care. The facility also faced costs to repair damage caused during the break-in. Authorities have filed a formal complaint regarding the incident.
