Hospitality developments expand in Egypt's Ras El Hekma

Several hospitality and real estate developers are expanding their presence in Egypt's Ras El Hekma on the North Coast.

Abu Dhabi-based Modon Holding and Nammos Hotels & Resorts have announced Nammos Ras El Hekma, the brand's first fully integrated destination in Egypt. Located within the Wadi Yemm precinct, the project will feature Nammos Residences with 72 apartments and a penthouse, alongside the Nammos Resort offering 79 hotel keys. The development includes Nammos Village for retail and wellness, as well as a signature Nammos Restaurant and Beach Club inspired by coastal cave formations.

Separately, AOG Developments has partnered with Mynt Hospitality to manage and operate units at Royal’s Ras El Hekma. This 140-feddan development will include chalets, villas, and five-bedroom townhouses. Mynt Hospitality will oversee asset management, unit furnishing, and rental services. Construction for the Royal’s Ras El Hekma project is expected to begin soon, with deliveries scheduled for 2030.
