Hospitality leaders adopt Oracle Cloud to modernize operations
Major hospitality entities are adopting Oracle OPERA Cloud to modernize operations and centralize data management.
Minor Hotels has deployed the cloud-native platform across 106 properties, including hotels, resorts, and branded residences in 59 countries. The transition aims to replace legacy on-premises systems to improve scalability and agility across its brands, such as Anantara, Avani, and NH Hotels. By utilizing the Oracle Hospitality Integration Platform, the company seeks to create a unified view of guest data and a connected commercial ecosystem.
In Germany, the luxury Bavarian resort Schloss Elmau has also implemented the Oracle Hospitality OPERA Cloud platform. The resort is using the system to automate administrative tasks in areas such as reservations, guest communications, and reporting. The implementation has reportedly reduced the workload in the reservations department by 50 percent, allowing staff to focus more on guest services.
