Hospitality sector adopts AI-powered reservations and dedicated security platform

At a TOTVS‑hosted event in Brazil, Isabelle Grechi of B2B Reservas highlighted how artificial intelligence and online reputation are reshaping corporate hotel bookings. She noted a shift from channel‑focused sales to digital visibility, with AI assistants, maps and structured data driving early discovery. Grechi said that efficient distribution can cut client costs by up to 13 % and that hotels scoring below 8 in online reputation are excluded from corporate platforms.

Separately, security specialist Jorge Muniz outlined the launch of H‑VMS, a hospitality‑specific information‑security ecosystem. The platform combines a proprietary methodology, data intelligence, continuous risk assessment and LGPD compliance tools to protect hotel operations from reservation through checkout. Muniz emphasized that H‑VMS translates complex cybersecurity requirements into actionable business decisions, aiming to improve governance and reduce vulnerabilities across the sector.
