Hospitality venues host events for World Wellness Weekend

Various hospitality providers in Abu Dhabi and India are hosting events to mark the 10th World Wellness Weekend from September 18 to 20.

In Abu Dhabi, W Abu Dhabi – Yas Island is offering a three-day program featuring fitness classes, yoga, and mindfulness sessions including sound healing and Mandala Art Therapy. Other local venues participating include Al Raha Beach Resort & Spa with sunset yoga, Grand Hyatt Abu Dhabi with X-Fit and Hatha yoga, and The Abu Dhabi EDITION Spa with mindful movement sessions.

In India, IHCL hotels in Delhi NCR and Uttarakhand are providing restorative experiences. At Corbett Hideaway in Jim Corbett, guests can participate in guided riverside yoga and enjoy Himalayan herbal teas. The program focuses on nature-based wellness, such as forest bathing and riverside rituals, to encourage relaxation and reconnection.
