Hospitals in Argentina and Brazil receive large medical equipment and drug donations

The Interzonal General Hospital Dr. Luis Güemes in Haedo, Argentina, received a donation of more than two tonnes of medicines – 13 pallets weighing 2,260 kg – from Fundación Tzedaká, with the delivery organized by Fundación Realizar. Hospital director Dr. Hernán Rodolfo Bermejo and Fundación Realizar president Sandra Rey highlighted the contribution as part of a permanent commitment to strengthen the public health system.

In Brazil, the Ministry of Health supplied a state‑of‑the‑art fibrobronchoscope, valued at 130 million guaraníes, to the Hospital de Trauma “Prof. Dr. Manuel Giagni.” The equipment is intended to boost the adult intensive‑care unit’s capacity for critical‑care procedures. The delivery was made by health officials including Director of Therapies Dr. Arturo Cáceres and Hospital director Dr. Juan Fernández Valdovinos.
