Hossein Mahdavian funeral ceremonies scheduled in Qazvin and Alvand

Officials in Qazvin and Alvand provinces have finalized arrangements for the funeral and memorial services of pilot Hossein Mahdavian. Mahdavian, a pilot with the Islamic Republic of Iran Navy, is being honored for his service in maintaining national security.

The memorial schedule includes a reception for the body on Saturday at 10:00 AM in front of the Qazvin provincial broadcasting center. A farewell ceremony is scheduled for Saturday at 5:00 PM in Alvand, followed by a night of mourning at the Imam Hassan Askari Mosque in Qazvin.

The main funeral procession and burial will take place on Sunday at 10:00 AM, starting from the Imamzadeh Ismail shrine and proceeding toward the Imamzadeh Hossein shrine and the Qazvin Martyrs' Cemetery.
