Hostinger expands global capacity with over 3,000 new servers
Hostinger has placed its largest hardware order ever, acquiring more than 3,000 new servers to meet rising demand for cloud, AI and VPS services. The expansion adds capacity at existing sites in Paris, France and Asheville, United States, and launches a new data‑center location in Düsseldorf, Germany. The move aims to improve performance, stability and scalability for enterprise applications, online stores, SaaS platforms and virtual private servers.
The purchase also addresses industry‑wide component shortages that have driven server configuration prices up five to six times compared with the previous year and extended lead times to as much as 30 weeks. By procuring equipment early, Hostinger seeks to secure supply amid the "RAMageddon" pressure caused by growing AI workloads.
