Hot Beach hosts Japanese-themed culinary event with Veuve Clicquot
Hot Beach Parques & Resorts will host the “Confraria Oriental” on August 14 in Olímpia. This edition of the resort's traditional Confraria series features a Japanese-inspired gastronomic experience designed by resident sushiman Anderson Almeida.
The event includes a specialized sparkling wine pairing led by François Hautekeur, a representative of the French champagne house Veuve Clicquot. Hautekeur, who works with LVMH brands in Brazil, will guide guests through a four-course menu including dishes such as seared scallops with truffle honey, tuna with citrus tiger's milk, and Denver steak with uramaki brûlée.
Ignácio Sasias, Director of Hotel Operations and A&B at Hot Beach, stated that the project aims to provide experiences that go beyond standard lodging by bringing reference brands and new culinary concepts to the region.
