Hot Wheels expands with new racing game and Netflix special

The Hot Wheels franchise is expanding its presence across gaming and animation. Milestone has released Hot Wheels Infinite Rush, an open-world racing game featuring four distinct islands: Wheelswood, Tentacle Bay, Gearville, and Drifty Temples. The game includes over 150 vehicles categorized into Drifter, Speeder, Versatile, and Titan classes, with players competing to become the Rush Master of each island.

In animation, Mattel Studios has announced a new Netflix special titled ‘Hot Wheels Let’s Race: Attack of the T-Rex’, scheduled for release on 20th October. The story follows the character Coop and his crew as they attempt to protect Hot Wheels City from a prehistoric T-Rex. Following its Netflix debut, the special will also be available on the Hot Wheels YouTube channel.
