Hotel Arłamów publishes inaugural 2025 ESG sustainability report
Hotel Arłamów has released its first voluntary 151-page Sustainability Report (ESG) for 2025. The document details the operational and environmental management of the 235-hectare resort located within the Słonne Mountains Landscape Park.
Key technical data highlights the facility's high level of self-sufficiency, noting that approximately 87% of the electricity, heat, and cooling used by the resort is produced on-site. The complex manages its own resources through 11 water intakes reaching depths of 67 to 100 meters. Infrastructure investments mentioned include a new MBR wastewater treatment plant with a capacity of 400 m³ per day and a planned retention tank for 4,466 m³ of water.
The report also addresses operational risks and climate impact. In 2025, the resort recorded eight insurance claims, six of which were attributed to adverse weather conditions. The publication aims to provide transparency for guests, corporate event organizers, suppliers, and investors regarding the resort's environmental footprint, security protocols, and business model resilience.
