Hotel Danieli in Venice reopens under Four Seasons management

The historic Hotel Danieli in Venice has officially reopened following extensive renovations under the management of Four Seasons. The architectural ensemble, which includes the Palazzo Dandolo and the former Venetian State Treasury, was redesigned by interior architect Pierre-Yves Rochon.

The renovation aims to blend the building's 700-year history with modern luxury. Currently, 120 rooms and suites are available, with plans to expand to 168 rooms by 2027 upon the completion of all works. The design incorporates colors inspired by the Venetian lagoon, such as terracotta, ochre, and soft blues.

Historically, the hotel has hosted notable figures including George Sand, Maria Callas, and Aristotle Onassis. The property remains a landmark on the Riva degli Schiavoni, offering views of the lagoon and San Giorgio Maggiore.
