Hotel Diana in Jeseníky reopens after major reconstruction
Hotel Diana in the Jeseníky mountains has reopened following its most significant reconstruction in history. The project, which began in the autumn of 2025, involved extensive updates to the complex, which dates back to the turn of the 1980s and 1990s.
The renovation covered approximately half of the hotel rooms and apartments, as well as the restaurant, lobby bar, conference halls, and social lounges. The exterior of the building was also updated. According to Martin Plachý, General Manager of Royal Spa, the design aimed to modernize the facility to meet high current standards while preserving its unique character and connection to the surrounding forest and nature.
A major upcoming feature is a completely new hotel wellness center, scheduled to open in early October. This center will include a modern pool, a large sauna, and relaxation zones with views. The expansion is intended to strengthen the position of Velké Losiny as a premier spa and wellness destination in the Czech Republic by linking the hotel's offerings with the nearby Thermal Spas Velké Losiny.
