Hotel Equities opens Kimpton Tres Ríos all-inclusive resort in Mexico

Hotel Equities has announced the management and unveiling of Kimpton Tres Ríos – All Inclusive, a luxury 355-room resort located within a 340-acre nature preserve in Mexico’s Riviera Maya. Situated along the Cancún-Tulum corridor in Playa del Carmen, the property marks the brand’s first all-inclusive resort and signifies Hotel Equities’ expansion into the all-inclusive segment within the Caribbean and Latin America region.

The resort features various room types, including mangrove-view rooms and multi-bedroom suites, many with direct pool access. Culinary amenities include seven restaurants and five bars, such as the Italian restaurant Bacetto and the Japanese restaurant Kotori. Additional dining options, including the Mediterranean restaurant Elaia, are expected to debut in early 2027.

Wellness facilities include the 10,000-square-foot Kej Spa, which offers treatments inspired by Mayan traditions, and a two-story fitness center with dedicated studios for yoga and cycling.
