Hotel Gołębiewski denies ban on influencer Książulo amid air‑conditioning complaints

YouTuber Książulo (Szymon Nyczke) posted a video about his stay at Hotel Gołębiewski in Pobierowo, where he paid roughly 5,000 zł but encountered non‑functioning air‑conditioning and yellow tap water. After the problems could not be resolved, he left the hotel and the video quickly amassed millions of views.

The hotel chain issued a statement expressing regret over the technical issues and said prior tests had shown the air‑conditioning to be operational. Subsequently, Książulo released a copy of an internal document that appeared to place him on a blacklist, stating that from 7 July 2026 the hotel would refuse reservations or services to persons “violating the rules,” specifically naming him. The letter also outlined new internal guidelines for handling influencers, requiring prior consent for any commercial use of the hotel’s image.

Hotel president Jarosław Gołębiewski publicly refuted the existence of any ban, confirming that Książulo can continue to use the hotel’s facilities. The chain also announced the rollout of the new influencer policy across its divisions to prevent future communication lapses.
