Hotel Gołębiewski in Pobierowo cuts prices after opening

Poland’s largest seaside resort, Hotel Gołębiewski in Pobierowo, has revised its rates only weeks after its high‑profile launch. Prices for a couple’s room in November and December are now advertised below 1,000 zł, with nightly rates dropping by several hundred złoty compared with the peak‑season tariffs.

The hotel’s Google profile shows 468 reviews with an average rating of 3.9. Early visitors praise the extensive aquapark, wellness facilities and seaside location, while a number of commenters criticize the pre‑opening construction delays, the impact on the surrounding forest and the perceived excess of the development. Opinions range from “the most luxurious hotel in Poland” to “a concrete monolith that scarred the nearby woods.”

The price adjustments are intended to attract off‑season guests and bolster the resort’s long‑term viability as a flagship tourism destination on the Baltic coast.
