Hotel Gołębiewski in Pobierowo slammed over hot-room issue

YouTuber Szymon Książulo stayed at the newly opened Hotel Gołębiewski in Pobierowo, paying roughly 4 800‑5 000 zł per night for an ocean‑view apartment. He reported that the air‑conditioning failed despite being set to 20 °C, and the room temperature rose to over 30 °C during a heatwave. He also complained about a 300‑zł room‑service charge, yellow tap water, difficulty reaching the reception, and unsatisfactory restaurant dishes. After the problems persisted, Książulo left the hotel early and demanded a full refund.

The hotel responded that tests of the climate‑control system showed no fault, but technical staff acted promptly to restore proper operation and contacted the supplier for clarification. The management expressed regret over the guest’s experience and confirmed that the refund was processed. The incident generated a wave of criticism on social media, with commentators questioning the hotel's construction, pricing and service standards.
