Japan hospitality sector announces 2026 holiday menus and seasonal offerings

Various hotels and specialty shops across Japan have unveiled their 2026 Christmas and holiday seasonal offerings, ranging from luxury dining experiences to affordable specialty cakes.

In Osaka, Imperial Hotel Osaka is offering a variety of individual Christmas petit gateaux priced at 1,200 yen, alongside seasonal stollen available throughout the year. In Tokyo, establishments such as the Hyatt Regency Tokyo and Crossroads Kitchen have announced festive menus and countdown parties featuring seasonal ingredients like wagyu and lobster.

Specialty retailers are also participating in the holiday season. TAMAGOYA, an egg specialty shop in Izu, has opened reservations for Christmas cakes featuring local Hinode eggs and Shizuoka strawberries. Similarly, Chofu Creston Hotel in Tokyo will host a Christmas family buffet featuring live comedy performances, while other regional venues in Kanazawa and Shizuoka are promoting themed holiday desserts.
