Hotel Metropolitan to launch seasonal Shine Muscat parfait

Hotel Metropolitan in Ikebukuro will launch a new seasonal parfait featuring Shine Muscat grapes and tea at its Mezzanine Lounge ‘Suzukake’ starting September 1, 2026.

The dessert is designed to highlight various textures of the fruit, including fresh grapes, compote, and jelly. The parfait is layered with tea cream, tea chiffon, crumble, cream cheese chantilly, and apricot sauce, topped with frozen yogurt, an orange cookie, and a bergamot-flavored tuile. A mirabelle plum sauce is also provided to add flavor variation.

The seasonal offering will be available until October 31, 2026, from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. The parfait is priced at 2,500 yen, or 3,200 yen including a coffee or tea beverage.
