Hotel Okura Kobe to host Christmas swag workshop and special lunch

Hotel Okura Kobe has announced a special event titled ‘Christmas Swag Making Experience and Special Lunch’ to be held on November 25, 2026. The workshop will feature Miyuki Sumikawa, a top florist from Hibiya Kadan, who will instruct participants on how to create a crescent-shaped swag, a decorative wall arrangement of flowers and greenery.

The event is designed to be accessible to beginners, with professional guidance on balancing plants. Following the workshop, participants will enjoy a dedicated lunch menu at the hotel’s Camellia casual dining restaurant. The menu includes seasonal vegetable wreaths, beef tongue braised in red wine with mashed potatoes, and special nougat glacé.

Registration is open until November 16, 2026. The cost is 16,000 yen for general guests and 15,000 yen for One Harmony members, which includes all materials, lesson fees, and lunch.
