Hotel Palace Berlin to rebrand as Hyatt Regency Palace Berlin

The Hotel Palace Berlin will undergo a rebranding and transition to the Hyatt Regency brand starting in the first quarter of 2027. The hotel, located in Berlin's City West near Kurfürstendamm, will be renamed the Hyatt Regency Palace Berlin.

This transition will include significant investments in modernization and restructuring to strengthen the hotel's position in the international business travel and events segments. The property features 239 rooms, 39 suites, and approximately 2,600 square meters of event space, including 18 banquet and conference rooms.

As part of the Hyatt group, the hotel will be integrated into the international distribution network and the World of Hyatt loyalty program. General Manager Michael Frenzel noted that the partnership aims to leverage the international reach of the Hyatt brand. Specific details regarding the total amount of investment and the exact scope of renovations have not yet been disclosed.
