Hotel Plaža and Roccaforte assets face auction in Montenegro and Bosnia

In Montenegro, Hotel Plaža in Herceg Novi is scheduled for its first public auction on September 14. The property is valued at approximately 30.7 million euros. The sale was initiated to settle outstanding claims from workers of Vektra Boka, the Municipality of Herceg Novi, the local water utility, and other creditors.

Public bailiff Jasminka Bajović confirmed that if the hotel is sold at 80% of its appraised value (roughly 24 million euros) during the first auction, or 50% (roughly 15 million euros) during a second, all executive creditors, including CKB Bank, would be satisfied. While CKB Bank has also initiated enforcement proceedings against Vektra Boka, it has designated other real estate as security for its debt.

In Bosnia and Herzegovina, the company Roccaforte d.o.o. Vitez, currently in bankruptcy, has announced the sale of its entire movable assets. The starting value for the equipment, vehicles, raw materials, and finished products is 273,000 KM. The sale will be conducted via closed bids on September 11, 2026, at the Municipal Court in Travnik. The assets must be purchased as a single lot.
