Hotel Sacher Wien ranks 42nd in The 50 Best Hotels

Hotel Sacher Wien has been named to the ‘The 50 Best Hotels’ list for the second consecutive year, securing the 42nd position globally. This ranking, announced in Paris, marks an improvement from its previous placement. The hotel remains the sole representative from Austria in this international ranking, alongside Switzerland’s Badrutt’s Palace Hotel as the only other German-speaking entry.

The recognition comes during a milestone year for the establishment, which celebrates its 150th anniversary in 2026. Located opposite the Vienna State Opera, the hotel features 152 rooms and suites.
