Hoteles Bestprice opens new hotel in Córdoba and seeks BME Growth listing

Hoteles Bestprice has opened a new 20-room hotel in Córdoba, Spain, located near the Mosque-Cathedral in the historic Jewish quarter. This new establishment brings the company’s total number of operational hotels to 11, following recent additions in Toledo and Barcelona.

Alongside this expansion, the company announced plans to seek a dual-listing on the Spanish alternative market, BME Growth. Currently listed on Euronext Paris, the group reported a 25.67% increase in gross turnover through August 2026 compared to the previous year, maintaining an average occupancy rate of 95.44%.

President Óscar Sánchez described the Córdoba opening as a strategic move to strengthen the brand in major urban and tourist destinations. The company is currently negotiating or studying further development opportunities in cities such as Málaga and Logroño.
