Hoteliers question the future of all-inclusive tourism models

Hoteliers are increasingly questioning the future of the all-inclusive tourism model. Stoil Dalevski, a hotel owner in the Sunny Beach resort, suggests that while the model offers predictability and cost-effectiveness for tourists, it may be better suited for large, isolated complexes rather than areas with unique local attractions.

Dalevski notes that the all-inclusive system often leads to significant food waste, as guests frequently take more food than they can consume. He encourages tourists to take smaller portions to mitigate this issue. Additionally, he warns that combining unfamiliar food types can lead to digestive discomfort.

The trend of moving away from all-inclusive packages is also being observed in Turkey, which previously established the concept as a global standard.
