House fire in Lomas de Morelos, Ciudad Juárez

A residential fire broke out at the intersection of Marfil and Alabastro streets in the Lomas de Morelos neighborhood of Ciudad Juárez. Authorities reported that the blaze, which appeared to be caused by a short circuit, occurred while residents were having dinner.

Emergency responders evacuated a young woman from the building. While no physical injuries were reported, she and an elderly neighbor required medical attention from Red Cross paramedics for smoke inhalation and nervous crises. After receiving oxygen therapy and being cleared by medical staff, no hospital transfers were necessary.
