Household cleaning hacks for kitchen utensils and stoves
Common household items can be used to effectively clean kitchen surfaces and utensils. To remove white spots and mineral deposits from stainless steel cutlery caused by hard water, dissolving one tablespoon of citric acid in a liter of warm water is recommended. Cutlery should be soaked for 15 to 20 minutes, rinsed, and immediately dried with a soft cloth to prevent new marks.
For cleaning greasy stove handles, applying a cotton swab or cloth dampened with warm water and a few drops of dish soap can soften buildup. Allowing the solution to sit on the surface for a few minutes before wiping with a microfiber cloth helps avoid the need for heavy scrubbing. It is advised to clean stoves only when they are completely cool and to avoid using abrasive tools like metal wires that may scratch surfaces.
