It is recommended to avoid using bathrooms for drying, as the existing humidity slows the process and increases moisture levels. Instead, using a drying rack in a rarely used room with a closed door or an open window can help manage airflow and moisture more effectively.

Regarding rainwater collection after periods of drought, it is advised to divert the initial runoff away from storage tanks. This first flush contains accumulated dust, pollen, organic debris, and animal waste from roofs and gutters. Depending on the roof size and environmental factors, diverting the first 20 to 40 liters per 100 square meters can ensure cleaner water is collected in cisterns.
