Houston hosts diverse cultural and business events in October

Houston is hosting a variety of cultural, business, and innovation events throughout October. Cultural activities include the First Saturday Arts Market on October 3, featuring local visual artists and live music. Additionally, the Museum of Fine Arts, Houston offers free admission on Thursdays, while Bank of America cardholders can access free entry to several local museums, including the Holocaust Museum Houston and the Houston Museum of Natural Science, during the first weekend of the month.

In the business and innovation sectors, several major conferences are scheduled. The Houston Methodist Joy in Medicine Initiative Symposium will take place on October 2, focusing on clinician professional fulfillment. The Hydrogen Americas Summit and Exhibition is set for October 6-7 at the George R. Brown Convention Center, addressing hydrogen integration and carbon capture.
