Houston Texans shift offensive line starters in preseason game
During their preseason game against the Las Vegas Raiders, the Houston Texans made notable changes to their offensive line configuration. High-priced players Braden Smith and Wyatt Teller, who signed contracts worth $20 million and $16 million respectively, were moved to the bench for the start of the game.
Instead of the expected starters, the Texans utilized Trent Brown at right tackle, Keylan Rutledge at left guard, and Evan Brown at center. The team is currently evaluating various personnel configurations, with coaching staff noting that final decisions regarding the top five players will be made in the coming weeks.
