Houston TX Hot Chicken confirms second UK location in London

Houston TX Hot Chicken (HHC) has announced its second UK location, which is scheduled to open in the winter of 2026 at the Brunswick Centre in Bloomsbury, London. This follows the planned opening of the brand’s first UK restaurant in Stevenage in the fall of 2026.

The U.S.-based fast-casual brand is entering the United Kingdom through a master franchise agreement with PizzaExpress. The partnership aims to expand HHC to 50 restaurants across the UK within the next three years, marking the company’s first international expansion.

Founded in 2020, HHC specializes in buttermilk-marinated hot chicken with a customizable heat scale. The brand has received recognition from various industry publications, including the Inc. 5000 and FastCasual Top 100 Movers & Shakers.
