Salling opens new lifestyle destination in Copenhagen

Salling is launching a new lifestyle destination in Copenhagen at Kultorvet on August 21. Moving into the historic Knud Højgaards Hus, the 3,000 m² space is designed as an experience-based destination rather than a traditional department store.

The venue will feature a curated selection of international and Danish brands across fashion, beauty, and footwear, alongside cafes, art, and event spaces. The architectural transformation of the building includes a large atrium, oak elements, and a light installation by British designer Tom Dixon. Salling Director Marianne Bedsted stated that the ambition is to provide inspiration and spaces where people want to spend time, making the brand an active part of Copenhagen's urban life.
