A massive fire broke out at the Howard Industries facility on Industrial Boulevard in Laurel, Mississippi, on Monday afternoon. The blaze reportedly began in an outdoor paint booth and spread to adjacent equipment, including transformers and a tanker truck carrying an explosive substance.

The incident prompted an immediate evacuation of all employees and required an all-call for fire departments across Jones County.
