Howard Jones releases new single Stand Up

British electronic artist Howard Jones has released "Stand Up," the first single from his upcoming album, "Global Citizen," which is expected in 2027. The track features the analog sound of his restored Roland Jupiter-8 synthesizer, an instrument central to his previous hits.

Jones described the song as carrying an openly civil message, stating: "Everyone is important and we must not allow others to silence our voices. We must stand up and make ourselves heard."

The single has already been included in his American tour, "Things Can Only Get Better," where he has performed alongside acts such as Wang Chung and The Beat. Additionally, Jones is scheduled to headline the Electric Summer festival in Taunton, UK, on August 30, performing with artists including Heaven 17 and Blancmange.
