HoYoverse and Pawprint Studio announce upcoming cosy life simulation games

HoYoverse has announced that its first cosy galactic life simulation game, ‘Petit Planet’, is scheduled to launch globally this winter. The free-to-play title will be available on PC via HoYoPlay and the Epic Games Store, as well as on iOS and Android through Google Play. Players act as a ‘Planet Tender’, managing a personal planet by gathering resources, crafting furniture, and interacting with ‘Neighbors’ in a galactic setting.

In a separate development, Pawprint Studio is preparing for the launch of ‘Aniimo’, a free-to-play open-world creature collecting game arriving on consoles and PC in approximately two weeks. The studio recently released a behind-the-scenes video detailing the game’s development, including its ‘Twine system’, which allows players to partner with creatures and automatically adopt their forms to navigate environments, such as gliding or swimming.
