HoYoverse announces Honkai: Star Rail and Zenless Zone Zero collaboration

HoYoverse has announced a collaboration between Honkai: Star Rail and Zenless Zone Zero, marking the first direct crossover event between the developer's major titles. The event is scheduled to arrive in Honkai: Star Rail Version 4.8, which is expected to release in late December.

Two characters from Zenless Zone Zero, Ellen Joe and Astra Yao, will join the Honkai: Star Rail roster. While specific gameplay mechanics for the new version have not been fully detailed, speculation suggests Ellen Joe may retain her Ice element and potentially follow the Path of Nihility or Hunt. Astra Yao, an Ether Support agent in her original game, is expected to function as a support character, potentially following the Path of Harmony.
