New high-performance gaming laptops featuring next-generation hardware have been announced, including the HP Omen Max and the MSI Crosshair 16 Max HX.

The HP Omen Max is designed for heavy workloads such as AI computing, content creation, and professional gaming. It is equipped with an AMD Ryzen AI 9 HX 375 processor, which includes a dedicated NPU for machine learning tasks, and an NVIDIA RTX 5080 graphics card. The device features 64GB of DDR5 memory and an Omen Tempest Cooling Pro system to manage thermal loads. It includes a 2.5K resolution display with a 240Hz refresh rate and is priced at $3,349.

The MSI Crosshair 16 Max HX utilizes an Intel Core Ultra 251HX processor and an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5070 Laptop GPU.
