HP releases EliteBoard G1A keyboard-integrated computer
HP has released the EliteBoard G1A, a device that integrates a complete computer directly into a keyboard. Weighing less than 700 grams, the device is designed for portability and office work on the move, appearing no larger than a standard keyboard.
The hardware features an AMD AI-capable processor, enabling Windows AI functions such as the 'Recall' search feature. Connectivity is limited to two USB-C ports on the rear, though the device includes a docking station for connecting older monitors or additional peripherals. It also comes with a wireless mouse, a small power supply, and a felt carrying case.
While the device offers high performance and includes a power button with an integrated fingerprint reader, reviewers noted a high price point and a slight fan noise during operation.
