HPCL launches 2026 recruitment drive for junior executives across India

Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited (HPCL), the state‑owned oil and gas producer, issued a recruitment notice for 54 junior‑executive posts covering Chemical and Fire & Safety positions at its refineries nationwide. The online application window runs from 1 July to 20 July 2026, with eligibility requiring a diploma in chemical engineering or a science degree plus a fire‑safety diploma, and a valid heavy‑vehicle licence for the safety role.

HPCL Rajasthan Refinery Limited (HRRL) also released details for its 2026 recruitment, announcing Computer‑Based Test dates: the Chemical‑position exam on 20 July 2026 and all other positions on 9 August 2026. Candidates can download admit cards from the HRRL website. Both notices are part of the same hiring cycle for HPCL’s subsidiary refineries.
