HPCL launches 2026 recruitment drive for refinery posts and engineering apprentices

Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited (HPCL) announced two recruitment programmes for 2026. HPCL‑Rajasthan Refinery Limited (HRRL) released admit cards for 134 vacancies covering junior executive, engineer, senior engineer, senior manager and other technical and non‑technical positions across chemical, mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, finance, human resources, information systems and fire‑safety disciplines. Candidates who applied online between 14 May and 10 June 2026 can download their admit cards; the exam for chemical posts is scheduled for 20 July 2026 and for all other posts on 9 August 2026.

Separately, HPCL opened online applications for 358 graduate apprentice‑trainee positions (engineering) in civil, mechanical, electrical and instrumentation streams. Applications run from 15 July to 31 July 2026. Selected apprentices will receive a monthly stipend of ₹25,000 for a one‑year apprenticeship. Eligibility requires an engineering degree completed after 1 Sept 2023, Indian nationality and age 18‑25 (with relaxations). State‑wise training slots are allocated, with the largest numbers in Maharashtra (64) and Delhi (18).
