HPD Gojzerica organizes 6th memorial hike in Oriovac

The Croatian Mountaineering Society (HPD) Gojzerica, Oriovac branch, organized the 6th Memorial Hike ‘From Premužić to Štampar’. The event honored the lives and work of two significant figures in Croatian history: engineer Ante Premužić and academic Professor Dr. Andrija Štampar.

Approximately 85 hikers gathered in Oriovac before choosing between two routes: a 19-kilometer trail from Oriovac through Kasonjski vrh and Brodski Drenovac, or an 8-kilometer educational trail known as the ‘Frano Gundrum’ route. The program included a traditional breakfast, speeches, and tributes to fallen defenders.
